Ricky Rubio has been red hot lately and has a very favorable matchup vs the 76ers. He is just 7200 dollars. I tend only to use him in big tournaments. I would avoid Rubio in double ups and go Collison, Nelson or Williams instead.
Darren Collison - pencil him in tonight. He will be owned in double-ups at or around 80-95 percent. He is only 3800.
Bargain Bin at 5800 is Jameer Nelson. Two straight games over 30. I would avoid MCW with so many value plays at the point tonight. MCW also hit his head hard at the end of the Portland game.
Shooting Guards:
This is the toughest position tonight with only three games.
Jamal Crawford - he is probably the safest choice of the night at 5900.
Kevin Martin - Martin has not been good of late. But with so few solid choices he should easily score 30 fantasy points against the 76ers. Martin is 6000.
Remember Jarod Dudley is a solid defender. I don't like Affalo tonight. Dudley I don't trust either.
Small Forwards:
Evan Turner - his price is on the rise at 7800, but he should continue to score 30-40. Plus, this will be a high-scoring game.
Paul Pierce- he's only 5400 and is back in the starting lineup. He's safe for 20-30 points. Monitor his status as he tends to sit out a lot of games.
Corey Brewer - Brewer has been decent of late and should have a good game vs Philly. At a bargain price of 4300, a plus matchup and only three games tonight, I think you can actually play him.
Power Forwards:
Glen Davis or Tobias Harris - Both are cheap at 5700 and 5400. Both have decent value if Vucevic sits out again.
Kevin Love could fit into your lineup easily tonight even though at 11200 he needs 50 to hold his value.. I'm torn between going him and Harris/Davis or going Young and Griffin. Thad Young has been very hot of late. Griffin has been hot also with a couple of 50 point games.
I tend to not play Paul Millsap because he's inconsistent. Reggie Evans and or Kevin Garnett will hold him to 35 fantasy points.
Centers:
Deandre Jordan's value goes up,if Vucevic is out. He had over 50 the other night, but realistically he is only scoring 25 per night. He has the greatest upside of all centers on Monday and at 6900, he's the cheapest player that can score 50. Orlando has been stingy vs centers but if Nicholson starts and Vuc is out Jordan is a solid play.
Nikola Pekovic - is the safe play tonight vs Philly. He is 7600 and consistently over 30.
I tend to avoid Hawes because he's been inconsistent. 18-37 fantasy points of late.
